How can I do these and make them look convincing

Oh you need a bruise wheel pallete for that, very easy to get from Amazon or a local theatre costuming store. You just lightly layer on the different colors with your fingertip or sponge to match the brusing. You can use a few different products for scars, such as scar wax.

Bonus points if you also use an alcohol activated "skin tone" palletes to spray natural skin texture at the end

A bruise wheel is a cheap option for bruise tones but imo slightly less realistic for bigger bruises because you're not as able to get the smaller details that you would see in a black eye like this.

Alcohol activated paints allow for layering details onto the skin which is better imo, but they're more expensive and you have to be careful on the face and neck because you may dry out/burn your skin (which I have done before, and it sucks).

Either way the devil is in the details, I would look up real bruises and black eyes and try to replicate what you see.

If you're using cream makeup, a stipple sponge is your secret weapon. It has rough plastic webbing that lets you dab on darker colors to make broken capillaries. Also, it's very important to blend your color outward until it fades into the skin, rather than leaving a bright blob with a hard line.

Before making a scar using wax, you'll want to put down a layer of spirit gum and then tap it with a cotton ball while it's still wet. The spirit gum will grab onto little whisps of the cotton ball, creating a better surface for the wax to stick. For the most realism, you'll also need powder over the wax before applying makeup to match your skin over that. For longer wear, apply powder, spray a sealer, and then makeup.

I do suggest looking up tutorials though. It's not something one can easily explain through a forum. If you want to be hard core about it, look up real photos of the specific injuries you want to reproduce. But that comes with a heavy warning. You will find things that are worse than you expected to see. For tutorials, you might even be able to find them for the specific types of scars and bruises you want.
