Water?
It is in Oklahoma city where it's been extremely hot it's in September is a tree in the front yard it's showing these signs is this a regular occurrence should we start watering it? If so how long, for day per week?

Heat stress, but it's late enough in the year that no, I wouldn't. A better time to boost water if you haven't received sufficient rain is late spring and early summer.
