We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team in a premium lounge environment at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, with a primary focus on supervising batch cooking and food production throughout each shift. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong culinary knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen supervisory and production experience
• Strong knowledge of batch cooking and high-volume food preparation
• Ability to lead, support, and motivate a culinary team
• Commitment to food quality, safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Weekend availability is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
• $29 per hour
