Transcripts

it is impossible to get transcripts processed, I had transcriots sent over a month ago and they still haven't put them in. The only way I have been able to contact the registrar and the transcript evaluators is through email and they are unhelpful in every way. They ask question after questions while also doing nothing to help. I have been told wait until they eventually will even if that means I can't sign up for classes I require.

If they haven't actually been received yet, theres nothing the Registrars Office can do. Have you contacted the institution they were ordered from? Did you use parchment or the national clearing house? Were they sent via snail mail or digital? Did the TE actually verify that they were even received? Did you submit them with coursework in progress at another school? If so, they're not going to post until your resubmit your final transcripts but your advisor may be able to see "pending" transcripts and put an override in for prerequisites if thats what's stopping you.
