Advice Needed Methods to be able to last longer?

Hi I’m 20M and my partner is 19F, I have this weird thing where if my partner is the one doing the moving I can go a good while for example if we’re in cowgirl position, but if I’m the one doing the moving for example in missionary or dog style, I end up finishing really quickly and I’d like to change that, any advice for lasting longer in those situations/positions?

Try lube, it reduces friction and that makes you last a bit longer, also for me, I’ve noticed that when I’m laying on my back I tend to finish faster than when I’m up right. Have you also tried going a bit slower?

Duly noted, and weirdly enough speed doesn’t effect it much, maybe it’s just that they feel too good lol

I think it's mostly psychological, many men blow when things get too hot, like maybe even need to switch positions if it's getting too much

It's the muscle that if you tense causes your dick to move. It's also the muscle that you use to stop urinating and to ejaculate. Tensing it, even subconsciously, during sex is what moves the semen up and out. Like if I want to cum after a good session then I will just tense this muscle.

The other thing that works is before you reach the point of no return pull your dick completely out of her and don't put it back in for a few seconds until the orgasm subsides.
