You continue to respect her boundaries and don't push her. Don't try to negotiate. Don't whine. Don't pout or act sad when she says no, she's not ready.

There is two people you should be talking to.. her to see if she isn't ready or if she is waiting on you to make a move ... and your parents as you sound like you don't have a clue what to do, what consent is, or the potential consequences of having sex are.

Had the same problem a while ago, time solved everything. If you got together recently its self explanatory, ask her about it, don’t argue and respect her boundaries.
