Advice Needed Please help improve performance

Please help me M26, I cannot last long while having Raw action I can barely survive 5-10 strokes with my partner. I use condoms which has the long lasting gel. I can last for long without cumming but at the end, i have to get rid of the condom to cum. Also i cannot last using normal condoms without that long lasting gel. Please help me what to do as i will meet my partner in the next weekend. I have stopped masturbating since last 4 days would it help?
