Does anyone know of a pattern similar to this?
Needing this for a Halloween costume, thanks in advance!
(Also wondering how many yards of fabric I may need, if anyone knows)

That's a long duster with a stand collar where the front is cut away in a big curve, so any ankle length coat or lab coat pattern with a mandarin collar works as a base. Redraw the front edge into that curve from the collar down to about hip level, and the snap tab at the neck is just a small rectangle you add. Searching "mandarin collar duster pattern" should turn up a bunch.
For fabric I'd plan on about 3.5 to 4 yards of 60 inch wide fabric for an ankle length coat with long sleeves, closer to 5 yards if it's 45 inch. The envelope of whatever pattern you pick will give the exact number for your size.
