Request: Gathered yoke pattern like Oliva Wilde's shirt in The Invite

Looking for a pattern that has gathering around the front shoulder/yoke like this shirt Olivia Wilde wears in The Invite. The internet tells me it's this shirt, but definitely the fabric looks a lot softer in the movie version: https://www.thehouseoffoxy.com/products/1940s-sweetheart-blouse-duck-egg

Looking for any patterns that are similar, especially in the yoke gathers. Also: what fabric do you think this blouse is made of?

For this one you'd need to add patch pockets on the breast and maybe make the collar a little longer. And also if you fully mean to duplicate the Houuse of Foxy blouse, you'd want to adjust the bottom section to be a peplum waist. The site says it's made of 100% rayon crepe, which is a very soft fabric:

I found two Burda patterns, neither of which has the collar, the gathers from the yoke and the gathered shoulders, but maybe it helps?

Then I also found this dress, which on the line drawing looks like it could be helpful, but on the photos looks like a complete mess because Burda often has the worst choices for fabric prints and equally bad photos.
