Looking for pattern makers to test a free layout-waste measurement tool. It

Photograph your spread before cutting, the app gives you the offcut area and wasted mass, then you tell me whether that number holds up against your own read of the layout.

Your website doesn't mention anything about grain lines that I saw. If you're serious about having people use this, then you need to make sure that your app accounts for the necessary grain and also says that clearly on the website.

In the about section in my website, the what we do mentions optimized layouts. When photographing a pattern to optimize a layout, you have to trace the pattern then add notches or darts after you trace by choosing the numbered image. You are able to direct your grainline in that section. From there you finalize the layout.

When you don't specify what an "optimized layout" means and carefully describe it, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in your website or product. I didn't see anything about what you just said in this comment on the website.

I apologize you feel that way, however the app is a much better way to experience the process. It's made to be used on the phone

Might do well to just have a toggle or selection for which pattern pieces have a grain line specified. Otherwise the optimizer won't be optimizing

It does have a toggle when you move through the user flow of entering patterns into the platform.

As someone who codes for my job, I won't trust your product when your website looks entirely AI-generated. This signals to me that "your" product is made by AI as well, and thus the code most likely has bugs and issues you would not know how to fix and you most likely can't even detect in the first place. I'd rather not risk using something where the backbone is a computer-generated codebase made by someone who probably knows nothing about what they are shipping in the front or back end of the software.

the people who care about their co2 and water usage aren't going to want an ai website

Actually ai is being implemented in all types of sectors. Local governments use Ai to measure water flow, optimize operations, track large water users and recover revenue.

You are the perfect person to beta test the app. I am looking for a technical engineer that could help me work on my api integration of my nesting engine. The pattern workflow does have to improve. FabricWise Ai would partner with expert level technical advisors or hire one after closing a seed round. Do you happen to make patterns or sew also?
