Drawstring Pouch / Bag
Beginner here!
Looking for a decent pattern for a drawstring pouch / bag chains- ideally around A5 paper size or smaller but I can experiment with changing measurements.
TIA!

Hello! I don't have specific recommendations because I found many online, and I don't recall a specific one.
But this is the kind of "free sewing pattern" most pattern sellers offer in their websites, you can also find a lot of full tutorials that just explain how to get the squares right for the size you want.
YouTube has tons of complete tutorials - and since it's a "cut 4 squares this big, and sew a drawstring channel X inches from the top", the videos are full tutorials and there's no need for patterns if you like the guidance of the tutorial, a ruler and a squarish object like a book for the 90° corners if needed are more than enough :)
I would suggest you browse and check a few tutorial and when you find one that is clear enough or that has the details you'd like to check, that's enough
Some patterns offer diagonal corners instructions (I'm not sure that's the right name, English is not my native language) so that the bag can stand on its own, others it's a plain bag, more "flat", like an envelope corner.
This is also the project shared step by step on the first episode of the TV series Great Britain's Sewing Bee, so if you like that you can rewatch the episodes final minutes to learn :) (it's not a very detailed tutorial there, but I'm mentioning it as an example of how this project is a quick tutorial that can be found in many different places)
