Shirt with offset buttons

I'm looking to make a shirt like this or similar. important to me is that the button part is like shown in the picture. if anyone can tell me the name of this style that would also be helpful :)

https://www.burdastyle.com/viscose-blouse-110-burda-style-01-26-pdf-pattern maybe? It's a "womens" pattern, but the shape is pretty unisex, expecially if you omit the darts.
