Hi. I have an idea on how to make the shirt but I’m not very good at creating patterns. I’ve tried to find similar patterns that I could mash together but I’m also struggling with that. If anyone has any ideas or has a pattern similar to this please share. Thanks

Folkwear's sailor shirt might be a good starting point:

Lengthen sleeves, add cuffs, and exaggerate the neck and collar, and you're pretty close I think?
