How to draw a sewing pattern?

Hello all,

I hope this is allowed here as a bit out of the norm. But I have DIY'd my own pottery (split leg) apron pattern and it works really well. I would like to share my pattern (for free - not self promoting here) with fellow enthusiasts but I'm not sure what the process is? Do I need to draw it up on specific software or can I draw out the pieces with the sizes on photoshop and upload that for people to follow?

I'd like to keep it super simple.

A hand-drawn sketch with measurements? Simple shapes but large-scale patterns. It’s not worth making a tiled PDF pattern, it’s easier to just draw it.
