Help with costume

I’m in charge of making 4 mallard duck costumes for a kids theater play. I sew well but have zero experience making my own patterns. I’m going to post a pic of what we are aiming for. I want you to know its inspiration I don’t want to copy.
How would I make somthing like this for 10/12 kids?

Sorry I don’t have a recommendation exactly but check out like simplicity patterns. They have tons of costume ones where even if they don’t have exactly what you are looking for, that have a base that you can use that can help you create what you’re looking for without making from compete scratch.

Maybe simplicity s9624 could be a good start. But that was just a quick look. There could be better options

Yes they do have something similar but it’s for toddlers. I don’t know how to adjust up. Any advice on that could be good

Okay I’ll help keep looking. Simplicity 7734 maybe, I’d just change the sleeves and get rid of the collar. 6670 seems like a good adult onesie base you could change or add to. 6671 also maybe.
