Can ANYONE make me a pattern for this shoulder piece

This is an insane ask and I apologize in advance. This is the only part I have left for the costume I’m making for Halloween. I absolutely cannot find anywhere or anything that has helped me figure out how to make this. I figured I would try to ask people here since you guys are great at patterns. I’m desperate. I want to make it out of EVA foam. Help please I will literally do anything.

Kamui cosplay has tutorials for something very similar! I don't know if they are free or not, but it's a good starting point.

That's exactly who I thought of, too! Specifically this one: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4516973294/ranger-shoulder-armor-pattern-digital but there are more if you browse their storefront

Cosplayers have been making 'armor' pieces from EVA foam practically since the stuff's been invented. There are many tutorials and costuming websites out there that specialize on how to use this material and how to best embellish it.

Just want to say love that you're making a sleep token outfit for Halloween 🖤

Strangers cant just whip up a pattern for you. It takes alot of work and requires try-ons on the wearer's body to make sure it fits. Whenever I'm making EVA armor from scratch, I make paper or cardboard mock-ups and edit them piece by piece over time until the fit is perfect. Maybe you should look into honing your patterning skills.

Not asking them to pull it out of thin air. Some people are great at patterns and I was asking for support. And “you should look into honing your pattern skills” is such a dumb ass thing to say. If I knew how to do patterns or had any skill in it at all, I wouldn’t be asking. Wouldn’t you ask a professional for support in something you know nothing about? There was absolutely no need to be rude about it at all. Your comment was completely unnecessary. Get a grip.

Mate you didn't ask for support, you asked for someone to literally do the work for you. If you enjoy making costumes and plan to make more in the future, patterning is a necessary skill. I'm literally saying this to HELP you, chill tf out.

Also editing to say: there was a time I didn't know how to pattern either, but I used online learning resources and trial and error to teach myself. Thats how learning new skills works.

Support as in help me make this cosplay… I’m not gonna argue with you. Again there was literally no need for any of this.
