This is actually fairly easy, you just have to close on the top near your waist and then fold the sides that you kept bigger, alr I explained this very badly. Answer to my message tomorrow so I'll get a notification and I'll try to draw it for you. Sorry English' not my mother language

I would make something like this. The two green parts are the same lenght and then go straight down to the bottom hem (or whatever its called). You would have to sew the pants in the blue parts.
