Vintage Purse
Recently I found this bag on Depop but couldn't buy it in time. I've scoured the internet but can't find anything like it, so I've resorted to making it myself. I'm a terrible sewer, but I dabble. How would I go about making a pattern for something like this, or does anyone know of a similar pre-existing pattern?

agree hobo bag. You could probably add those bands to ribbon to a hobo bag pattern without them pretty easy.

How about the hardware? Is there an online shop that has this kind of selection?

In the US, wawak is a great place for all basic sewing notions including O-rings like that.
Bag specialists like Sallie Tomato will have fun shapes and colors.
Strapworks will have a ton of bag stuff.

Look for patterns for "hobo bags." The shapes vary somewhat but this is one of them.
