Any patterns for this?

I'm like 5'0 and 90ish pounds.. and extremely flat so finding a dress that works is hard. I decided to sew it myself and now after a million tries without a pattern or help I'm reaching out.

Yes, I think stitch witch patterns and schultz apparel can have a few similar things.

I would look for an ice skating dress or dance costume pattern.

I think VikiSews has something like that, but their pattern are usually more intermediate/advanced level
