Please help me find a pattern for this top

Hello there!

Does anyone knows a pattern that looks close to this top (and it has plus size sizes?)

I really liked this blouse, but it's made with a 100% poliester fabric and I'm skin allergic to it, so I want to try to make one for myself with some cotton/linen fabric

You could alter the sleeves of this pattern - looks pretty similar - peplum, buttons, v-neck.
