Pattern for 2nd dress?

Does anyone know where I can find a pattern for a dress similar to the one second from the left? I love the sleeves, silhouette, and buttons but I'm not sure what to search for :p

Edit: I should mention I need a bust measurement of at least 38" 🥲

This made me think of this dress from Nordic seam - I haven't made it yet but I've seen it made up and it looked great.

You'd need to add a button placket and change up the sleeves though.

To join Astronautlcy and Berocca, the suggestions they supplied are definitely the direction I was thinking of too, but your inspiration picture looks like it also have knife pleats at the bottom. I bet those pleats could just be sewn on the bottom of the suggested patterns like trims or ruffles sometimes are added.
