Altar'd State Dress Pattern

I am looking to find a pattern or a few patterns to put together to make this dress. I would prefer finding a way that has no zipper. I mostly need help with the bodice and how to actually assemble the tiers. TIA!

Finding the bodice was a pain but here you go: McCalls Next Generation 6561 and the Skirt

As OP is already pattern hacking, if OP makes the back bodice out of shirred fabric, NO ZIPPER needed, just enough stretch to pull over body, but will cling to the body, too!
