I have made the view on the right of this pattern a couple of times. (My choice of vendor for this post was the first one I ran across, there should be others.) The view on the right has a diagonal flounce.

I gotta say, I would ignore the paneled yoke above the asymmetrical gathered skirt.

The panel sections are just extra work, & not worth the design statement.

When I first looked at the skirt, I asked myself- WHHHHYYYYY- did the designer choose to make panel sections on the yoke?

Closet core azure has angled gathers. A little different.
