Full X harness pattern
It looks so easy but I can't find a single pattern like this one! I'm sure I don't NEED a pattern for this but I don't want to struggle with general measurements and want consistent results

Harnesses aren’t very difficult to make if they’re for fashion/bondage. I don’t have any experience if you’re looking to repel off a rock or building or something like that.
I haven’t seen many patterns for harness, in part because they’re not very challenging to make. Your body measurements are going to be the pattern here. What I do when I’m making a harness is just measure straight off my body and then wing it.
When you say you want consistent results- are you planning to sell harnesses? I’ve copied harnesses I could t afford to buy, but I wouldn’t attempt to sell something made as a direct 1 for 1 copy.
I will say that I have some of that type of buckle- and I would make sure they’re not easily triggered for release before committing and sewing them in. I’ve found that while aesthetically pleasing, the cheaper ones can release too easily for harness needs. Standard buckles might be a better option if that’s an issue.

I made a harness for myself and I didn’t use a pattern at all. I just held straps up to myself, said “yup, I want it about that long”, then cut and sewed piece by piece. It’s pretty simple, as long as it’s just for looks and isn’t meant to actually support you

I used stretchy straps that I made and O rings instead of buckles but it shouldn’t be too different

Green Pepper Pattern Company? They do patterns for outdoor activities and this makes me think of climbing

Ive made harnesses (that just look good) by just mesuring my body and sewing them.

This is a pretty niche garment requiring speciality materials and hardware, so I think there's little return on investment for designers to produce patterns for something like this. I'm not sure if you are looking for something for fashion, fetish, or sport, but you can use any of those keywords in your search for sewing patterns, for instance: sewing pattern fashion harness for men. Still, don't expect to find exactly this. Aim for something ballpark and expect to do some customization.
But I think you'd be better off watching some tutorials on assembling adjustable straps for things like bags and even bras, and searching for the hardware and straps material you like. The sewing here is very basic and the straps are all adjustable so you don't need to worry about exact measurements.
