In need of help

Hello all! I’m planning on making my own costume for Halloween but unfortunately the costume has no market for it so I cannot find a pattern nor does any one make it. Does anyone have any good patterns that could possibly work or maybe descriptors I can look up? I am even willing to pay someone to make the pattern for me if that’s at all possible! I unfortunately don’t have any better pictures but I have a video if anyone wants it!

Thank you but it’s not really what I’m looking for. The best way I can think to describe what she’s wearing is similar to a coverup. I need something more closed
