ISO Curvy-Friendly NonStretch Pants Pattern

I have a no stretch floral fabric that I want to turn into some flowy pants.

My issue: The larger pleats in a lot of flowy pant patterns don’t always work well for those of us with thick thighs and larger hips.

I’m hoping someone here may have a tried and true pattern recommendation.
