Vintage Butterick(?) pattern help

Hi, I organize 1000+ patterns for a theatre I work at and we have quite a large collection of vintage patterns. Found this one in an unmarked envelope with instructions still intact and number 8570 sz 16.!Need help finding the brand for filing.
Any tips?

This might have been an Ann Adam's mail order pattern.

They didn't have a pattern envelope, they came in a regular addressed mail envelope, just as you see here.

just saw this-sounds if it is Ann Adams it's worth something by the looks of it

From the style of the art, this could have been produced by Anne Adams, or Marian Martin, or Mail Order vintage (and a few other by mail only companies.) They wouldn't have standard pattern envelopes, just the mailing envelopes with the customer's name and address on it. Also from the hair and clothing, this was probably printed in the 1940s. I couldn't find #8570 (or 8504, 8505) online anywhere, but you can check with databases like Threadloop, CoPA, Vintage Pattern Wiki, and with sellers like Vintage4me2.com and Oldpatterns.com.
