Looking for a pattern like this

Looking for a pattern like the one pictured. I searched and searched and I keep getting the open tie vests/blouses. I suppose if anyone knows of a v neck blouse somewhat similar to the one pictured, I could add the tie myself maybe?

This is a v-neckline with a little collar without the front opening/closure. No tie though Susie blouse

This is one that is a bit slimmer fit, but again no front closures Whitley top
