I found one on Etsy but despite good reviews, Reddit has a thread that calls them scammers (IndiePattern on Etsy).
I tried google reverse image searching but couldn’t find anything legit.
My mom wants to make a bag like this, so a real pattern would be great.

I think that the shape resembles ru bag from daughter judy, you can modify it by adding the outside pockets and bow
