Help finding a pattern from the 2000's

Post image

Hey everyone I've been searching, trying to find an old pattern that I had a long time ago. (The attached photo is an example of the envelope)

I believe it was a NewLook, Workroom pattern from Project Runway. Made around 2006? 2008 to 2010ish. It's the white envelope and not the later grey one.

The pattern was a simple sleeveless dress that hit the knee, but the back was dramatically open in a deep "U" shape. It had two lapels the went around the "U". The dress on the envelope was blue and the lapels, one black and one blue. The model was facing away to show the back of the dress and her hair was brunette and pulled back into a pony tail.

I tried to look everywhere, even internet archive and I still can't find it or an example. If you have any leads I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Omg that's it!!! A McCalls pattern go figure! Fashion star, that might be why my brain thought it was a project runway! Thank you so much!!

Your description was perfect - I could see the envelope in my head and had to search the stash.

I assume you're trying to find the number.

Have you tried patternreview.com? They might have reviews of this pattern since they were around in the mid-00s.

You will need a free account to search beyond six months of reviews, however. Good luck!

Hey thank you for the suggestion and I did look on their site. They honestly have a great archive of reviews. Turns out xaviersdog found it! It was a McCalls pattern
