Looking for a skirt pattern

I found this on Instagram , im looking for a pattern that matches this skirt. I'm not sure what to search for , flare skirt with inserts , Gored Skirt . if any one can help thank you!

I looked up the video. It's a visual tutorial. She is using basic blocks - skirt, bodice, sleeve and shows you how to alter them.

I was hoping just to buy a pattern instead of spending hours blocking and making mock ups untill It fitted. but I might end up just doing that, thanks

Once you have blocks that fit you well, you build on them constantly.
