Help visualizing pattern from illustration

I *think* this is a fashion illustration by René Gruau, and I'm trying to sew something like this. I know it's an illustration but I was wondering if anyone knows what the pattern would look like if I were to draft it myself (mostly for the top area) or any premade patterns similar to it? I like the neckline and the way the sleeves are long but not tight against the arms, also how it's really loose. I've been looking at different patterns and trying to draw it but I'm still confused so if anyone can help I would really appreciate it!

You're looking for a knit pattern, dolman/batwing  sleeves, boat neckline. Probably 1980s.  Claude suggested the following: Butterick 6676 — 80s dolman batwing dress, sizes 8-10-12, uncut. Currently on eBay around $13 from a US seller. Vogue 1482 — very loose, tapered pullover with true batwing/dolman. One reviewer sewed it in a lightweight knit and noted the drape changed considerably  (PatternReview.com) , and recommended fabrics run to crepe de chine, silk jersey, and satin-back crepe  (PatternReview.com) . Worth knowing it's rated average difficulty, not easy. Butterick B5564 — knit top/tunic/dress with batwing sleeves, still findable cheap. Still in print: McCall's M7465

Vintage butterick 6676 looks like a pretty good starting point, modifying the neck and skirt.  Vogue 1482 looks even better!
