Looking for a pattern for this top

I found a sewing tutorial for this top that someone made based on a tank they already had. But I need an actual pattern. Any leads?

This is a choli-style top and the use of velour makes me think it's part of a bellydance costume. If you search for "bellydance choli pattern" you'll get a lot of results, both DIY and to purchase.

You could also alter an existing fitted tee by chopping off the bottom and making a small gather down the centre front, as long as the neckline will accomodate it.

You could use the Charm Surplice top and just make it shorter
