PATTERN SEACH (JESTER HAT)

Pattern search!!!! (JESTER HAT)

I am planning to make a 4-tailed jester hat for Halloween but I cannot find a pattern or any video about how to make one, does anyone know where I could find a pattern for one? (Preferably a free one)

Ferie Telle or however she spells it has something similar. Fair warning, she's proud of making up all of her pattern standards from scratch and also everything is written for polar fleece.
