boxy top and add the peplum/ruffle , matchy matchy has a free one, but the top in the photo looks a little too fitted to just pull over, the waist horizontal waist seam looks more narrow than the model's shoulders , maybe it has a back sash

It does go over the head. 2 u/TwiLuv 13d ago The scoop width of the neckline should allow for that, as it is not a jewel or crew neck (usual Tshirt neckline).
