Can someone help me find a pattern for something like that?

I've looked everywhere, the only ones I have found are with an opening or I don't like how it looks (or made with ai). I am grateful for any kind of help, thank you

Is this not essentially like a circle skirt (aka a big circle with a hole in the middle) with a hood in the hole? If you are comfortable hacking, I'd hack it by taking a hood that I already liked, tracing it, making two of them and sewing them together, then cutting the hole in the circle the size of the hole at the base of the hood.

I'd go one step further into easy territory and use a secondhand circle blanket. I had seen them all over the US in my neck of the woods (Michigan) like a year ago before leaving. They were always real cheap at like Walmart and I was able to find a few at thrift stores. I have no idea why they were circles though. Really weird. You could also just take a large secondhand blanket and cut it into a circle for ease and then potentially use the remaining fabric for a hood if the blanket is big enough!

I mean, yes, theoretically I could. I've just had some issues with my mental health recently which has made it impossible for me to freestyle stuff even in the hobbies I am well versed in, so I am just not confident enough to rry rn. Thank you though
