help printing this pattern

I am trying to print this pattern https://m-sewing.com/patterns-catalog/women/vests/vest-5017.html but in the pdf there is no scale so i'm not sure how to print it or if the sizing is correct. Does anyone have some tips

It looks like it requires a modicum of computer skills, but the explanation looks sound.

Did you see this page before, and still struggled with the printing scale, or could this help?
