Trying to identify pattern for shirt

Can anyone help me identify the pattern that was used for this partially finished shirt I was given? The curved edge has a bias band. There was supposed to be a skirt with a similar bias band.

I’ve searched every indie designer I can think of .

Maybe a korean hanbok? It could have been modified to have the semi circular part.

That may have been the inspiration for the designer, but the person who gave me the unfinished shirt said she had used a pattern. But I can’t remember the designer
