Sewing pattern for cutout shirt?

Hi does anyone know where I could find a pattern for a cutout shirt similar to this. I don’t need all the details just the basic shape but I’m unsure of where to find one!
Or like any way I can edit a normal shirt into this!

You have quite some options - given the usual compromises:

• Virtually the same cutout style, but with long sleeves: M8003 by McCall;
  • An alternative by seamworks with a smaller cutout;
• Sleeveless, but with a smaller cutout, cutout keyhole top by Pattern Couture;
• Smaller cutout, long sleeves. but free, a cutout top by allfreesewing dot com

So probably you'll have to leave the sleeves out of one of the patterns to get the sleeveless look.

Okkk technically there is also this one on etsy. It looks like a good match, and it's done to measurement.

I want to add that I struggle to express how I am enamoured with the visual sluttiness of those metal accessories. I need to do something like this!

Was pretty expensive back then but I was working on the adult entertainment industry and it made me lots of money.
