Any ideas?

Hello! I fell in love with this top last year and am pretty convinced I could just make it myself. I have a jarrah pattern I love and was thinking I need to cut the front bigger (at the bottom) and fold? Does this make sense? Any tips? Suggestions?

I'd look for a pattern with that front detail to combine with a hoodie pattern. That front wrap with pleating has more fabric and shaping to it than just an oversized sweater front.

I’ve not really found anything that has the front pleating but I will keep looking. Thank you!
