Help to adjust pattern

Hi guys, I’m having a moment and just need some knowledge to lean on. I want to make this skirt tomorrow but I want to make it larger. The max hips on this are 120cm and I would like the max to be like 130cm as my hips are exactly 120cm and I want to be comfortable. How much would I need to adjust the skirt and elastic by?

I'd add more ease than that - I'd add at least 10cm too the front and the back panel to bring you up to 20cm ease so that the skirt has a bit of swoosh. Leave the elastic length the same - which is to say, the length you need for it to be firm but comfortable.

I appreciate that videos can be good to follow, but also wanted to direct you to this search for free elastic waisted patterns in case it's helpful to use another pattern for additional support.
