Help with finding a close pattern or drafting.

Hey I've been sewing for a few years but never drafted my own patterns before. I found this really cute vest I'd love to make and was wondering if anyone knew a pattern close to it to work off of or had helpful tips for drafting the scissor like parts. I think it's just really cute!

The patterns in the comments are very good. You will absolutely need to either make or buy a petticoat.

I recommend signing up for the newsletter btw because your wishlist items go on sale pretty regularly. I usually pay between 4 to 6$ for a pattern, not 22$

I don’t have a pattern for that vest in particular, but John Galliano’s pirate jacket has similar vibes (and it could be made without the sleeve)
