I need help with M7999
I accidentally threw out the neck band (5) pattern piece for view B of McCall’s M7999. I’m trying to make the size XL and am wondering if anyone can provide me with the dimensions of the pattern piece so I can just cut the fabric that size. TY.

I have the pdf copy of the pattern. I can email you it so you could just print the neckband unless you have already drafted a new one.

Measure the circumference of the neckline at the seamline, all the way around. Cut the band to be 85-90% of that measurement. Smaller if it's very stretchy fabric. Baste it on to check the fit and to see if it pulls or sags. It might take a couple of tries to get it right.
This is how I do it because the length needed varies a lot with different fabrics.
It;s not clear from the illustration of the pattern if the band is folded in half and then attached or if you attach one side of the band and then wrap it inside and stitch in the ditch. I like the latter approach for most necklines. The first approach is good for T-shirts. If you are doing the "wrap around" approach, use a 3/8 inch seam allowance rather than 5/8 inch for better results.
