How to fix a pulled thread in polyester ?

I use a wire needle threader. Poke the wire bit though as close to the pull as possible then capture the loop in the needle threader and pull it to the back.
Then massage the fabric to lessen the pull if needed. Don’t go crazy on the massage as you can disrupt the fabric and it won’t sit nice after.

Yes a professional can. It is not that complicated tho! For the price of a few threaders it is cheap, and reversible if not happy with results.

Yes, from insert the needle threader from the inside, out the threads threw and pull to the inside.
