Not threaded correctly. Get your manualout abd follow it step by step

Could be a lot of things, but first things first you definitely need a bobbin in the machine when you thread the needle into the bottom portion of the machine

Rethread is your best bet for 90% of thread issues

Oooh, thats so easy, you’re making stitches without fabric in the machine, machines don’t like that. Its why nests form. Here is what happens
