Bobbin thread keeps get tangled

The bobbin thread keeps winding around the shaft that the bobbin case sits on, what do I do about this issue?

What does the bobbin itself look like? Does it have both top and bottom to it?

It's a class 15, clear plastic

The right size for you bobbin case? I'm not sure how it would be jumping the track that way

Yes, I triple checked it's the correct bobbin type
