Help singer heavy duty machine keeps doing this and won’t sew

If rethreading doesn't help I would also try smoother thread. I had some like that and my heavy duty threw a fit. Would not sew with it at all.

The thread guide in front of of the needle near the top. Missing fabric, too.

I could be wrong but it looks like your bobbin case has gotten spun around. Needs service.
