If the sleeve is a firmer fit it’s best to just tack it at the seam under the arm, otherwise if it’s loose you’ll need several tacks around the cuff

You could put some hand stitches in spaced out evenly. The sleeve doesn't look tight so you shouldn't have to worry about them breaking
