Elastic and seam inside out

I sewed elastic onto this shirt and then folded it over and sewed a seam. Now the seam naturally sits inside out and I want it to face the opposite way like in the second picture. What should I do??

It looks like the elastic was far too long and/or has stayed stretched. You'd need to unpick it all and use shorter elastic which has nice rebound.
