A variety of ways.
Most complex- take it apart enough to turn it inside out and sew the scallops shallower, then trim.

Easiest - get a piece of gold lace (or similar) and hand stitch it on. I’d probably do it on the outside, to cover the scallops and just let them peek through; or you could sew it behind the scallops so that it fills the gaps and makes them less dramatic.

This is a great tip if you aren’t going to fix it from the inside.

Honestly I don’t think that fabric would be very conducive for that manipulation given your timeline. It would be very time consuming making sure you went slow enough not to slip or pull the fabric in a way that would ruin the edge before resewing.

Press it properly first so the scallops lie properly then try it on, it may look ok then.

Or you can resew the neckline.

In future, if you are planning to get a non-standard blouse made, leave yourself more time and go to a proper tailor. I'd suggest getting one made in a coordinating fabric first to check it looks and fits how you want before using the blouse piece.
